Holy crap, his new dragon form is amazing! Definitely worthy of an aspect. I love the way his horns appear almost oversized, like a nod to his antlers in visage form. And of course the matching nose ring in both forms. Really nice touch.
What I find most interesting about it, is that it was kind of spoiled a few months ago. Before he was even confirmed as the new aspect. Back when Aug Evokers were still on the ptr, it was found the icon for their spell Black Aspects Favor features a little picture of a dragon we’d not seen before. A dragon with a nose ring. I remember seeing a thread about it and people were speculating that it was Ebyssian. I guess they were right!
Yeah. He’s kind, generous and empathetic…just what you’d expect from a wise elder that dwells among the Tauren. How dare he not be a violent edgelord in a game about war, right?
I like how we finally got a aspect who’s visage isn’t a dang elf or human, so happy we got Ebyssian as the new black aspect. Now…I know this will make folk mad at me and hey sorry for stepping on toes but… Kalecgos is not original as his visage may as well be human although it’s supposedly half human half elf but looks way too human. I’m fully in support of Ebyssian… and idk if Nozdormu does eventually die maybe replace him with Chromie…first gnome visage aspect then… if Alex dies replace her with the red dragon who rocks a vulpera visage…just titan’s sake please no more dang elves or humans… they’re over done by this point.
Hmm that’s a tough one. Making him warchief means we would have to deal with his derpy orders for at least 2 years but you’re right, that would guarantee his death.

Assuming that is him because the image name if I recall didn’t explicitly state that was Ebonhorn. I’m curious why becoming Black Aspect suddenly made him look all burn-y. But I suppose the same could be said about Merithra and her new Dreamer model.
Either way, glad to see those two get the glow up they deserve.
It’d be hilarious if the in-game reason was just to make the other Black Flight members know who’s Da’ Boss and squelch any grumbling that it’s not Sabellian or Wrathion.
I feel compelled to protect Baine from all these bullies. He’s like Michael from Grease 2, where he’s a perfectly nice guy but everyone thinks he’s a big dorkwad. But then he’s going to tear past on his rad bike and leave you all in awe.
