In 10.2 they are getting spoiled with appearances in terms of their forms from travel to cat to bear forms.

Druid flight form is an important part of being a druid, and DF took it away from them. That really hurt.
And it should come as no surprise that heading into the Emerald Dream ends up giving them new appearances - I think its fantastic and I’m not even a druid.

We are getting several forums and it’s amazing. We haven’t had new ones (outside travel, which was still appreciated!) since Legion. All the new hundreds of mog released each expansion are wasted on us 98% of the time.
So yes, bring on the druid forms!

Given that Druids are heavily reliant on shapeshifting forms and rarely ever see their transmog in combat (Resto and I guess Glyph of Stars excluded) then it’s probably only fair that they get a glow up of their shapeshifting forms.

100% this, people always forget we never see our armor 90% of the time. Our forms are our mogs and armor, it is nice to be able to have a choice to be what best represents ourself.

Uhhh, well they don’t really get transmog to use so this was a necessary addition. If anything they should be getting new forms every season or at minimum expansion.
Like they get transmog too but you don’t see it 90% of the time unless you’re resto druid and I suppose Balance despite it being too washed out like shadow form was.
We’re in the Emerald Dream but no druid leggo? Shattering and rebuilding Nymue’s staff would be sick.
Also why no dragon riding mechanic for flight form? Silly.

I hate this take because everyone forgets we NEVER have flying in the first patch. We have to wait a year and do a lot of completionist content to get pathfinder.

Druids are getting “spoiled” by getting the same thing every other class gets in every content update.
If I bought 3/4 of my kids ice cream every week for 20 years and then I bought ice cream for 4/4 this week, I don’t think I’d call that “spoiling” them.

But not the 1/4. He’s never had ice cream. Or in this analogy, he got ice cream in 2017 and once in 2013 and once in 2005.

Of course you hate that take. You’re not playing a druid, and I wouldn’t expect you to understand how not having access to different forms alters gameplay. Meanwhile, as a hunter, you can xmog your gear and use hundreds of different pet skins.
