Hmm. That links shows that coming November 14th is a quest line to recruit misfit dragons…. I’m almost positive that’s not chapter 5 but I could be wrong. Eye of Ysera is what chapter 5 is called I believe, something to do with a temple.
The point is that the Eye of Ysera stage of the campaign is not listed in the initial announcement.
It’s not like timegating campaign chapters is new and shocking. It’s only been that way forever.

I know timegating chapters is normal, but this patch it’s not very clear at all. I have checked a number of YouTube content and the guides to 10.2 don’t mention timegating at all. Checked wowhead and there isn’t any concrete information, it’s all vague or unfinished.
