10.2 button bloat and gameplay ease

I am no fan of button bloat, i guess there are some that enjoy it. Go figure. I just wish blizzard would be intelligent about the process. If they want to bloat some of the toons then at least do it in an intelligent way for the game. They make resto shaman easiest healer then they make the other two specs bloated all to hell. Don’t mix hard and easy inside the same class. From what I can tell they are painting a lot of mid level players into a corner. Making it so the game in only fun on a smaller and smaller number of classes for the average person. Great way to lose subs imho.

There’s no shot you are unironically calling elemental shaman bloated lol, 90% of their rotation now is spamming a single button

Which button would that be Mr Troll?

There’s no button bloat in Ba Sing Se

-Almost everyone on the Forums

Meanwhile specs like arcane and brewmaster are running around with 30+ keys to play optimally

Lava burst lol

It all depends on the type of button and how many times I have to press that button in a fight.

I’m ok with having a bunch of buttons I can press. But I’m not ok with having too many combat active buttons to babysit. My babysitting button amount maxed out is 20, but my preferred amount is 10. Simply because there is a bunch of other things I want to be paying attention to.

There is also a difference in what the buttons do. If it’s a cooldown that I hit once every few minutes that is easier to handle then a dot spell with a random uptime or a button that randomly glows to be pressed.

You are going to get the most calls on button bloat from classes with far too many spells that are generally annoying to babysit.
