I dunno why y’all are picking this image apart anyways like they have to use player models for that silhouette.
It could be some unique model they’ve made for someone that doesn’t even match up with anything we’ve seen yet.
They could pull a Vanilla Sylvanas and just slap a purple skin tone on a blood elf and call it Azshara.

It’s the ears that throw me. And don’t forget, that was a blurred image. It very well could be, but don’t look that way to me. I’ve seen that stance on Tyrande in Darnassus before. It’s just too familiar to me.
I’m picturing an orc skin just stretched over an elf skeleton like some mistake of creation.
Honestly that’s the kind of thing I’d expect to find in a void portal, so it tracks.
I still want that outfit.

It isn’t Azshara. Azshara has only been in league with N’zoth and the Void for 10,000 years.
Iridikron struck his “dark bargain” (quoting Alexstrasza) before the Incarnates were imprisoned, which took place 20,000 years before DF.
Azshara and Iridikron wouldn’t even know of each other, most likely – EDIT: Also, they wouldn’t be able to communicate due to Iridikron being imprisoned. Xal’atath, on the other hand, most definitely would have been around to bargain with.
As a person who loves nelf lore, I love Azshara, but that ain’t her as the silhouette. Also, narratively, it doesn’t fit for it to be her unless Blizzard does some gymnastics in established lore.
Azshara’s nelf ears are enormous. There’s no way that’s her next to Iri.
Ears aside, the elf stance is belf and way to petite compared to the more Amazon like build of a nelf

I think Iri is Xal’s “neltharion” same way Nel was to Nzoth.

I just reviewed two videos and yes that does look like Xal’atath. What was she doing there? yeah,making a bargain ,lol,oh boy he doesn’t know what he’s getting into.
And you don’t see the whole ear in a faded out, blurred, then sharpened image.

But y’all do your own bias there with your knaifu. I just showed how they’re Nelf ears and how the silhouettes look the same. It could be her, it could not be. Heck, it could be an accident left in there from another asset.

i dunno about you but her and i had alot of fun in legion murdering things. She said we’d be bestest friendos forever and i totally believe her. I mean why would a being that is likely the remains of an old god lie to me? Sure she’s lied to everyone whos been with her before but clearly her and i had a special murder relationship.
