- The dungeon will be immediately open. So whike their are quests, they dont have to be done to unlock it.
- Despite the Incarnates being declared as followers of Galakrond during the launch of Dragonflight, it is established that they feared him and didnt see him as an ally.
- The story of the Infinite Dragonflight and Murozond wont end here.
- Their are quests that occur after the dungeon has been completed.
- The dungeon will be split into two heroics for 10.1.7 to help ensure players can experience the story before 10.2.
- Morchie has the chance to return.
Why not just…have the heroics on day 1? Why timegate it? For no reason.
In other news Iridikron uses Deathwing’s Prototype Dragon Soul to extract Galakrond’s power.
Blizzard stated that after Dawn of the Infinite that Murozond’s Story is over for now though the Infinite Dragonflight is still a problem.
Just remembered Chrono Lord Deios’s last words: “Our Infinite Vision shall one day be…”
Seems likely we will avert the means for Nozdormu to properly become Murozond thus causing a Paradox so big that it makes the One True Timeline into Infinite Timelines! From the way they are describing things the big event will happen after the Dungeon but still in 10.1.5. and ultimately reveal the Big Bad herself. And yes I suspect it to be Vyranoth as I said before.
I’m also expecting Morchie to be Eternus.
Interview centered around the Augmentation spec coming to Dracthyr in the patch.
I assume Morchie would’ve just been Eternus as they have the same goals. It might be a weak revelation. (Hope i’m not being rude)
I think they even establish a fun way to connect the names back to Chromie.
spoil me a release date already, i’m tired of waiting. I want to play wow, but not current version of mage
It’s being speculated that Blizzard plans on releasing the patch after the Winds of the Sanctuary Event. So the earliest is 7/11/23, but nothing has been outright confirmed.
Sadly nothing news about what comes after Dragonflight.
I wouldn’t suspect anything about the next expansion until the final patch.
The policy of timegating the easier versions of content is the most bafflingly indefensible thing they continue to do.
They do this with every megadungeon release. It’s to encourage players to try on harder difficulties.
Blizzcon is in November isn’t it? Maybe they cut it short like they did with Shadowlands and won’t bring a final .3 patch.
I am annoyed the release date is AFTER the exp buff when it should be before so that people can quickly level their new warlocks.
Considering Dragonflight is going strong, I don’t see that happening. At best I could see them promote .3, while teasing what will come after.
And it hasn’t worked every time they do this.
It isn’t doing so well. It is their worst preorder expansion so far.
I think we only know for certain that it didn’t get as many preorders as SL, which only did so well because of covid and the fact that this dumpster playerbase convinced itself that there was a good expansion, bad expansion pattern. And that’s terrible.
Shadowlands was good. Dragonflight is boring.
