This is how it should have been in the first place. Sucks that so many people already had to jump through all the hoops to get there.

âAllied racesâ lol. What a farce. They are customisations for the existing races. Nothing more. The only actual new race was vulpera. Thatâs about it.
I think itâs a good move in terms of new players not having to go through anything obnoxious to unlock them. But some of the quests are pretty good so I hope they keep them in as something players can do if they want.
They should be available day 1 before you ever even create a single toon, and I say this as someone who earn them all when they were new. To many things are being âgatekeptâ so that others feel special. Timeframe that you started playing doesnât mean you are more deserving than someone who hadnât discovered the game years ago. The only things that should ever be removed are achievements and titles.

I got the allied races for free because I played during those expansions so I never had to go out of my way but I donât mind. Locking races is pretty dumb.
