Based on calcs made by our lead class theory crafter with full stacks it makes BT hit about 30% harder then execute before the guaranteed Crit.

It also generates 20 rage vs the usual and the auto Crit guarantees CSHB which is a nice bonus.

It’s nice but better for sustained DPS since it interacts really well with AM due to the higher rage generation.

I think a big factor of if it’s going to be good in PvP is if each individual hit of rampage can proc a stack and not per rampage cast that had a Crit in it. If it does it can set up some damage spikes.

It will compensate the really terrible FURY burst damage as Fury has a really hard time to kill opponent. So theoretically, it will increase the performance of FURY in both PVP and PVE with tier set. Haste is still FURY main stat but HASTE does not increase burst damage. It increases sustainable damage.

Tier is good for PvP. Anything that provides consistent damage helps us, and this set provides both flat Bloodthirst damage + uptime on CSHB.

I dont think its strong thogh. Theres crit damage nerfs inc and this set bonus both works with Rampage and Bloodthirst crits.

It would be great if they took this oportunity to rework a bit the left side of the tree, as this set synergises well with Anger Management because of the extra rage regen.

Something like changing Deft Experience to Mastery increased by 1/2% and Bloodthirst cooldown reduced by 50/100% instead of the flat number it has.

I think the major issue with Anger Management is that you want to run Annihilator for the Rage gen to fuel AM, but AM reduces cooldown on Recklessness and Ravager - and you can’t effectively run Ravager in an Annihilator build, wasting half the potential of AM.

I’d really like to see either AM reduce Recklessness + Avatar instead of Recklessness + Ravager, or alternatively, to have Onslaught and Ravager swapped on the talent tree so you can actually make an Anni + Ravager build (you only run Onslaught with Raging Blow right tree builds anyway, so no loss there …)
