Had an argument in-game today from someone who was adamant paladin tier never had halo/wings.
Like, there’s very clearly a halo in this tier set.
Very much wings, albeit not strewn out like the Priest Set this tier.
More Wings.

I don’t know lol. I left the council discord months ago cause of disagreements with the hardcore players on it.

Anyone who can look at me and tell me that Priest set looks more like a Priest set than a Paladin set, I feel 100% confident saying they are lying. …with a caveat.
ONE recolor looks like a priest set:
But the other recolors? 100% look like Paladin.
This is literally the paladin color scheme they’ve used for like 3 different tier sets.
Not to mention the Priest set has pants and the Paladin set has a robe, like ???
Another example of a recolor that screams Paladin, not Priest.

EDIT: And before anyone says anything, I don’t play my Paladin any more than I play my Priest. If anything, I played Priest more in Shadowlands, despite my Paladin being my “main” plate wearer. (I just don’t like plate classes, lol)

you got your opinion fine but I still stand by leave this halo, cloth and wings to the priests this time
it’s bad enough priests got the crap end of the stick with the legion story and pallys having to save them
This is what I do not get.
The Priest set legit looks more like the plate sets we have seen from them.
pally sets are robes a lot like what? lol
the priest set has a lot of cloth hanging from it its fine for them let priests get something not a dress

You’d think it’d be DK, Warrior, Pally.
Like keep the same armor classes together for the picture or smt.

The hunter and warrior sets and priest and paladin sets look reversed, imo.
The other ones all fit their class just fine. All these armors were inspired by Tier 2 Sets (probably because of one of the bosses in the raid)
But the warrior set feels like it was inspired by Hunter T2:
(Albeit with the Purple Swapped for Red, though that is probably just the fact it’s one of the recolors. I wouldn’t be shocked if there’s a Purple colored version of it)

I think evoker needs the most work, if any.
Idk, just seems like it’d make more sense for a photo to show all the things in line with each other.
- mage, priest, lock
- war, dk, pally
- rogue, monk, druid
- shammy, hunter, dragonthings
Edit: The hunter shoulder pad (the big one) should be on the right shoulder, for archery reasons.

…I was just looking at some gifs, and ya know… I would legit like to see something on the darker side for priests. Variations in lining colors or highlights. But going around in something like a snazzy nuns habit, or something like you see with Ghost would be really neat.
Exactly. Paladins have a reason to be annoyed.
They could have chose any other color scheme, and they went with probably the most iconic paladin color scheme.
