No, and here’s a few reasons why:

  1. The helm is very much akin to a nun habit, which is priest-like symbolism
  2. Let priests have a cool non-robe mog for once
  3. Don’t make the art-team rework something priests are happy with just because paladins envy it.

Here’s my opinion. Priests are holy magic healers also. Why are yall upset?
I think the wings are stupid, but that doesn’t mean the entire set needs redone.

Yep. And all my other priest friends are happy with it too. Taking it away from us to give to paladins would just be a kick to the shin.

Paladin community is probably my least favorite community tbh. They always want basically everything. Then they cry at the smallest nerfs.

I will concede I think the monk set looks HORRID. If anything, paladins need to sit down cuz their set looks fine, monks need TLC.

And complain when the other holy class gets something cooler. Paladin players, from what I noticed, are either super chill or EXTREMELY whiney when they don’t get all the love.

I was considering playing a paladin in Df, then I checked out the class forums and talked to some friends who have experience with paladin. I realized they’re kinda like the kid who didn’t get candy at the store so they throw a full-blown temper tantrum over anything. I know this is obviously a generalization, and I get a lot of paladin mains aren’t like this, but there are a lot who act like this and as they say… if the shoe fits.

Like, ret rework is a good thing! But there are other classes to be looked at too with severe button bloat and changes needed, mostly looking at monk and surv, and paladins are already complaining about the ret rework not being enough and asking for even more. They act like they’re treated like Shamans but in reality they’re almost the golden child of WoW’s love in recent years.

Oh but also, no I think the priest set should remain the priest set and if mail wearers can handle having ugly sets every single time, paladins will be able to handle not having the holiest, most gleaming glowy golden boy set once.

Ill agree with this. I’m hopgin there’s a purple version of the priest set because I want something that screams shadow for once.
