As of now, the icy-veins PvE guide I follow has the stat weights as:
- Strength;
- Mastery ～= Haste;
- Critical Strike;
- Versatility.
For those of you that have played in the PTR and/or theory crafted future builds, are we keeping our same stat priorities? I only ask because I am currently lvl 63 and just found out the class is being reworked. I basically have about 6k gold and thats all, which I use to get myself some blue gear from AH. I’d rather not waste what little gold I have if our stat priority is just going to change in a few weeks.

Have to wait for the final tuning. They’re still adjusting numbers and will probably continue to do so until next week’s release candidate.

Mastery is probably dropping a bit considering it was nerfed, but it’s hard to say until people have done the sims.
They’ve put multiple talents in the trees that either give you some crit or activate on crits. I suspect they are going to try to mix up our stat priorities.

Good chance we might get another Friday patch next week, so probably next Saturday is the earliest I’d start simming.
