10.0.7 Error 132 random crashes

Hey all, since last patch Im having Error 132 crashes constantly mostly on instanced content like dungeons, window freezes like 10 secs then works a bit and then again freezes popping up the Error message… I’ve built this new pc in december last year. Reinstalled WoW multiple times, repaired, updated drivers, deleted wtf and cache folders, resetted ui, deleted addons. Dont know what else I can do.

More than exhausted about WOW and it’s random disco’s. Fix your game and your out-of-date servers or I walk… I’ve been here for longer than 10+ years and this is beyond annoying…

Have you fixed the errors shown in the dx file you shared above?

Windows update might be most of what you need, but a SSD drive for windows and the game might also help.

windows and my game are installed on a SSD pal, windows was updated to the last patch yesterday at 3 pm, and ofc WoW will be listed on the errors lines of the dx file cause it keeps crashing

Yup … Sorry when you do a search for the drive it shows it at 7200 rpm drive, but I missed the solidstate info.

Initlializing for 16.51mb for like 3 min...then 9 more minits to version: 10.0.7.48999

Lol...nice its like 10 times faster to get the the select screen...nice,but my flight stick work no more.

Hey, I think I may have the answer.
Disable “memory integrity” in “core isolation” in windows security.
Worked for me.

Removing the Discord Overlay helped me, no crushes so far.

To remove the Discord overlay from your games, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open Discord and click on the user settings icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.
  2. Click on the “Overlay” tab in the left-hand menu.
  3. Toggle off the “Enable in-game overlay” option.
  4. If you want to completely disable the Discord overlay, you can also toggle off the “Enable overlay in specific games” option.
  5. Alternatively, if you want to disable the overlay for a specific game, you can click on the “Games” tab in the left-hand menu, find the game you want to disable the overlay for, and toggle off the “Enable in-game overlay” option for that game.

Once you have made the changes, restart your game and the Discord overlay should no longer be visible.
