Settle a debate for me…
I main ret, but off spec as a prot pally. Pre 10.0.7 (more specifically 10.0/10.0.5), did Divine Toll (as a Prot Pally) generate 1 holy power for each mob you hit? I have a friend saying that it didn’t, but I remember it did. Who’s right?
As far as I remember, since DF hit when I tanked dungeons Divine Toll would generate holy power for each shield that went out. I don’t think I have any recordings saved showing it though.

Yes. In an AoE pull, it’s a full HP fill. Single target it’s just the one.
