With world quests rewarding ~35 anima each, that would require completing 29 world quests to cap 1000 anima in order to get Renown 3.
There’s obviously something I’m missing.
Edit: I didn’t realize that the world quests actually give 35 anima * 3 instead of just 35 each.
Alot of those quests will say 35 but give you 2 or 3 of the the item.
Its still not enough though I agree.
Oh, it’s all the better when you realize that your quest didn’t even give you credit for upwards of ~800 anima yesterday.

Do Sanguine Depths. There is a quest in it that gives you 750 Anima
It’s not 35 per quest, you get 2-4 items that all give 35. So around nine or ten world quests will do it.
Anima is dumb easy to get. I have 3 sanctum upgrades and nearly 3000 anima stored up for the Ember Court after reset.
It doesn’t help that the World Quests this expansion take forever.
AFAIK all the 60 dungeons have an associated 750 anima quest. The challenge is finding the quest giver.
Easy, I am about to unlock my last level 1 covenant feature. So that is 4.5k anima.
It’s about 100 anima per world quest.

Random dungeons/heroics random BGs/random Epic BG’s random rares and mission tables. Anima is there you just gotta go get it
Felt like I got my first 1000 pretty easy…
If you download WQ tracker, it does the math for you. Some of them actually give like 170 total anima. Totally worth doing.

I asume the quests are your typical 1 time thing.
I am at like 3 k Anima now , waiting for the weekend to open the party hall at Ventyr .
Do the anima related quests for dungeons , wpvp , WQ and it will flow
All world quests and all the daily chests on the map. I got 1080 anima today, just over 1100 yesterday, etc. I am currently sitting on 4403 anima even after spending 1K each on unlocking the Conductor and Adventure Table.
Don’t stress yourself, anima is very easy to come by and you should be easily finishing your 1000 weekly even if you only do a handful of things each day of the week.
You’ll be finding yourself far more held back by weekly Renown Souls when doing your Covenant, not Anima.
