2 big ones
Ranges survival hunter back close to LK-Mop version
And scaling dumped
*would like classes revamped closer to their LK Mop versions IMO they were better designed and more fun along with professions…
*Do I think any of this will happen nope, so I stay sub for classic stuff and not have to shell out for buying the expansions or any of their store crap. (I’m sure they will try to inject their store crap in the classic as more people play, when i was picking a server just (I started at BC’s announcement there were a number of high population ones and even the one I picked it’s rare to not see someone running around in the zone even lower ones) granted right now it’s wall to wall Belf as far as they eyes can see.
I’d entertain the idea of modern talent trees - where you end up picking talents. Like, as an example, Druid - Treants and Roar for speed - neither are baseline and you have to pick one.
This would, essentially, kill “spec choice” like we have it now - where you just clikc swap to TANK, or swap to HEALER etc. But your picked talents/stats/abilities would define your playstyle.
While I like it, and I think today’s stat system is so mind numbing it’s just sad, I would definitely enjoy Wrath-style stats.
Set bonuses were awesome because though you got a higher item level piece, you’d lose a bonus as a trade off so you had to make a choice - want to be stronger with lower ilvl or weaker with higher ilvl to get easier into raids…
I just want Reslience to be brought back as a dead stat in PvE, that would take up 1 secondary stat. I am in the minority here though. I firmly believe that PvP gear has NO place in PvE content.
Playing with interchangeable strangers is not socializing. Nothing about queuing is socializing, and nothing about cross-realm, IO based grouping is socializing.
Socializing is meeting someone, getting to know them. Recognizing them in places where the context isn’t about you. It’s about building a lasting connection.
Not exactly. They took great pains to make sure healers don’t have control over their mana regen. No more spirit, no more mp5, no more FSR. Now every healer works off of a formula. I’ve rarely ever seen a healer run out of mana, and never for very long, and I can’t think of any healer that can’t spam their heals for 15 minutes without going oom.
A change up in leadership is the only thing I want to see. I want Ion and the rest of the leaders out. They had their time, they messed it all up, it’s time for them to go.
While we’re on the topic of removing pointless difficulties in the raids. Removing m+ is the next step after adding flex mode to raiding. M+ and the vault shouldn’t be things that exist in the game, period. You gear up through dungeons to do raids that’s the progression. M+ was added to give smaller groups a shot but with flex mode there really isn’t any point to having m+ around.
Many players unfortunately cannot do group pve without LFD/LFR. I used to be a hardmode raider but became an LFR raider when I got a life, so I would know it’s not so much a skill issue but a logistics issue that leads many to resort to LFR to see the content. Pretty much everything else OP suggested sounded great.
This is a very confusing response. Are you saying the current secondary stats dont matter but somehow being forced to stack a silly stat will suddenly make the game better?
“Your hit chance isn’t capped so you can literally miss a giant stationary boss.” Now that is some engaging gameplay
