This event may be my favorite forum thing in a while.
If someone has no point drops, you get threads like this.
If someone posts that they got 5 mounts in 10 runs people call them a liar or a bragger. Hilarious to follow.

9 mounts in 180 runs, not including runs for legendaries. so yeah i’d say it’s pretty great

Google the mounts youre trying to farm and make sure you are running the correct difficuties they drop on, Im convinced those of you getting no drops are experiencing user error, I have about 130 runs total and have gotten 11 mounts, I mean the discrepency between our drop rates screams something is wrong other than weird rng.

I think some people had incredible luck this week, but I think they’re the exceptions.
I’m only really going for about 10 mounts, and I’ve gotten 3, so this feels pretty good. More than I’d normally see drop, so I’m happy so far.
Plus, it hasn’t even been a week yet, there’s still more than 3 weeks left!
I got no mount but a lot of transmogs I missed out, which is in my opinion much better as a RP-server player.

Same, zero drops from a handful of raids and a few dungeons, on 6 toons. I’ve been going since Tuesday. My last attempt for the lich Kings mount a few hours ago on my last 80 alt, and nothing but lots of armor, but it’s really double loot, two identical pieces of armor, weapons, trinkets .from every boss… What ever. I’ve never had the best of luck lol I feel your pain though.

I’ve ran a bunch of raid/dungeon/outdoor bosses and have got 0 rewards for my effort. Event might as well not be happening as far as I can tell.
Did 2 runs of mythic sanctum sylavanas skips and pulled vengeance. Pretty interesting event.
All drops are doubled but leggos / mounts seem to still be rare. You’re definitely getting rewards lad.

This right here tells me its definately user error and people are running the wrong content and then complaining no mount drops. The event does NOT buff outdoor and world bosses mount drops it ONLY buffs raid and dungeon mount drop AND only from certain difficulty levels so if your randomly killing things and then wondering why mounts dont dtop its because your running the wrong content.
