100% Rep doesnt help a player like me

I just came back to retail wow after a looooong multi-year break…

I started a new account and I have no level 120’s… I am working on multiple characters and the 100% buff is really helping me. 100% re will do absolutely nothing for me.

Edit: If you don’t like leveling then boost. If you just came back you have a boost available.

As much as I’d prefer the XP buff hang around…it’s not about me. Its not about you either. This will help some folks so good for them.

I agree OP and share your pain. As others have decided to come back and play. I dunno why Blizz didnt extend it along with having both Rep and XP would have made much more sense.

Small Indy company. Or Devs are just oblivious in reading their own forums before making a decision. They would have noticed other countless stories of other players coming back. makes no sense.

Blizzard is revamping the whole leveling system in Shadowlands because there have been many complaints. I don’t think boosting is going to solve the leveling issue that many folks have. It’s just going to skip it.

I would hope that the XP buff would continue on past the 20th, but at the same time you can’t show up late to the party and complain about it. It’s not like they didn’t make the XP bonus known.

Leveling is fast even without the xp buff. You’ll be fine.

Understand that Blizzard was not required to have a bonus experience boost, nor a reputation boost. This is a bonus they have chosen to include during these trying times as a fun aid, nothing more.

Enjoy what you have, instead of ruminating over wants.

Then why is blizzard increasing it by 70% (their number) in shadowlands? Why not 30% or 20%? Leveling is slow and has been a major thorn in WoWs new player experience for years.

So the game should cater to you because you took a break, so if you missed out on some of the time of the exp boost they should extend it for you…am I reading that correctly?

They gave you extremely fast leveling for quite a bit. Now, they’re giving you massive rep boost to help you get pathfinder and AR’s. Seems like a pretty good idea to me! What level did you make it to during the xp boost? No reason it shouldn’t of been 120 or really close.

for Legion and BFA reps, excluding the two 8.3 reps. Confirmed today.

Although I really feel like the exp boost could help here too. Why not give us both at the same time? Let us get some AR unlocked and leveled and ready for Shadowlands.

The two together would be awesome.
