Like I said, sub is easily the most broken spec in the game when it’s buffed. It’s a design problem.

I haven’t been on to see the damage myself but if what people are saying about it’s damage are true then rip.

This change is so OP that I specced back to sub (yes I actually played it a lot recently) and 100-0’d myself after the talent change took effect.

I just insta-died.

You guys all cried destro and fire were too op so blizz nerfed them by buffing their counter and you’re still crying sheesh make up your mind.

Also maxing out mastery and ignoring stat priority playing deeper strata and dfa, double damage trinkets too, so it’s kind of putting an unrealistic scenario

Honestly it’s funny that damage is so low across the board that damage like this is surprising

I saw the clip but it’s also an unrealstic scenario. In open world/duels traits aren’t properly reduced, and he’s also stacking all mastery only and double on use trinkets, which is something you’d never have in arena. Watching nahj with a ton of mastery gear the highest DFAs I saw him get were 60k which definitely makes a lot more sense for an arena setting. Still very high of course, but a much bigger difference

Also I think you still wouldn’t even take DFA often in arena to begin with.

Not arena related, but during the incursion I was sapped and opened on while questing on my DH. I saw he was sub and just grinned, waiting my turn. About 3 seconds later I was in the graveyard with a surprised look on my face I’m sure.

Pet autos, regular autos, and plague will be a lot but details won’t count damage absorbed as damage done, have to go to seperate tab for that (scoreboard will though). Usually necrotic damage does add up a lot. Effectively it can be one of your highest sources of damage. Ill link some SS examples later prolly
