10 vs 10 premade RBG sytle Random BGs

I’ve heard many players who enjoy queue syncing random BGs say they want to play with their friends, I suggest we let them.

Have 10 players (not 6-9) in a raid group be able to queue together for Random BGs, so the game can match them with any other 10 man raid that queues that content. Remove back filling, add larger penalties for leaving early.

Folks that want to queue as or Vs teams of 5-2 player premades should be able to without fighting 10 players from the same pvp guild or community on discord if they wish, and pvp guilds/communities should be able to queue in 10 man raid groups to fight others doing the same thing.

The obvious suggestion you might say to this is, but RBGs already exist… Then why are they queue syncing random BGs? If for some reason they really just want to all queue together for Randoms, cool, let them fight other players doing the same thing.

The same logic and rules could apply to epic battlegrounds. Forty players want to play together, so let them and then they can wait in queue for another group of forty players that want to play together. No backfilling, large punishment for leaving early.

I’d even go as so far as to make a ranking for it. Individual players get a ranking from first in the world to whatever they actually are based on how many wins they have in that player count (10 man or 40man) compared to everyone else that’s participated. Could be something like Stabbymcstabberkins-Detarg ( totally made up name) is #4 in the world for 10vs10 premade BGs. Players could put their ranking next to their name like a title, if they wanted to. None of this extra ranking stuff is necessary, but it would just give them a reason to do it instead of pug stomping while queue syncing.

Who is saying this?

Nobody is though

I think it would be a good idea, would have my guild doing 2x 10v10’s for fun on Friday drunk nights

What is your pvp community?

My Girlfriend joined a pvp community who does not raid capital cities, they don’t do SS or Arena at all, they just queue sync BGs and EBGs just about daily starting at 8pm CST. Its not a community for meeting people to team up for rated content at all. Their only desire is BGs and EBGs with as many members as they can get in them. I don’t join in the fun because I have some moral hang ups about queue syncing to try to fight pugs and leaving early if it is another queue syncing team.

Sometimes Ill do EBGs with my GF just queued as a duo, and she will point out her “teams” members or enemy queue syncing community’s members. Lately when we play we get put on the same team as quite capable and successful queue syncing teams, whether her friends or another group, but doing that is never my intention.

I just wanna fight q syncers in randoms with my 5, sounds fun. It is insanely rare we see anyone syncing randoms

Nefarious discord community, we have 2 retail guilds with over 1800 members on the Oceanic realms (mostly Aussies & New Zealand), over 1000 members in discord. Classic guild also.

As we play off time from NA players no other RBG teams are usually queuing so we have had a decline in participation this xpac, would be nice to have a random bg mode where we could all queue up and have fun together.

But back to the subject of the post. There is a desire I want to believe for players to play with large groups of friends, I’d like to have that be doable as it is for RBGs. Unless someone has a good reason why those that try to play together(queue sync) would not take a guaranteed way to play together instead, with the above caveats.

When they bring out cross faction queuing will be even nicer, needs to be 10 man queues though for the 10 man bg’s, not 5

If you mean for dekardcain’s idea ya. I just mean for regular BGs and I don’t queue sync

Their only ‘good reason’ seems to be some nonsense about only wanting fair competition when it suits them.

your guild name is ironic.
dont cha think?

Mine? Thanks? But I didn’t pick it. It is a PVE guild.

A big issue is they WANT to beat up on pugs. They don’t want a fair fight against other premades.

Yup. Its why they avoid other premades or send in ‘scouts’ to see who the other team is and how many members there are.

DJL refusing to fight BSG is an example. They don’t want the possibility of losing.

They are all for easy wins, they say “but pugs can do what we do” and then when they face a group which are doing what they do they avoid them.

It’s quite sad imo.

Premades drop queues to other premades because there is at least 1 person that will record a/the fight or take screen shots of other players and make fun of them on forums / public places.
There is no ‘class’ involved with most of these premades. (If i am wrong I apologise in advance)
They are sore losers and even worse when they win.
Its called toxicity level between rival teams and directly relates back to the leaders and what they deem ‘appropriate behavior’.

There wouldn’t be enough demand for this.

Because…
leading the witness

Because people that like to play in large amounts are doing epics. A typical random bg premade might have 3 guys or so.
