I know a lot of people don’t care for Youtubers videos getting posted on the forums, but SignsofKelani is very thoughtful and makes a lot of fair points in this vid, plus he plays Horde so I think he’s inherently better than Withered J’im.
So, without trying to cause TOO much drama and without further ado, here is a vid about 10 reasons why people are quitting, a perspective from SignsofKelani.

That was a fairly comprehensive non qq informative video that Blizzard could actually use especially when it comes to class design.
The classes feel very stripped down but noone noticed prior because they had a weapon there that filled the gaps so the classes flowed. Azerite did not continue this trend.
This guy slam dunked it on RNG, been saying that since bfa launch.
You can find tons of “why quit WoW” posts, videos, and such, and many posters will not hesitate to post them here, or link to them here. It’s as if they have an agenda to portray Blizz in the worst light possible.
I challenge them to post or find posts or videos of “why not quitting WoW”.
Yes, there is much disappointment with the BfA expansion but there are still many who are not quitting, regardless of BfA’s shortcomings. But no one wants to talk about that for fear of being seen as a “shill” or “white knight” for Blizz.
Because most people recognize a sinking city when they see one. Delusional people refuse to believe they are knee deep in water already.
The sinking ship analogy does not apply.
On a sinking ship, if you do not get off you may die.
In a game that is degrading in quality (according to some) you can still stay aboard without any risk.
Ten reasons people are unsubbing, lack of new content x8, raiding is near pointless x1, and Blizzard making bad decisions x1.
For me personally it was just the straw that broke the camel’s back.

This is Kelani’s first video like this and in it he explains his guild basically imploded. I reckon it’s the reason he’s making this video but the dude’s been so positive and neutral about the whole situation until now. I think it’s a warning sign for the months to come.
He finds something whine about in every video. Stopped watching him because of that, but does have good info.

Kelanii!! I love that guy!!! I find his boss guides the best. I haven’t seen that video yet, I’ll watch it once I can.
I actually like Kelani. Most of his videos are informative, and usually brief. I’m alright with him. I’ll watch it later, likely. When I’m bored.
WoW has never been better, we are just in between tiers right now and ready for the next tier to start.

This is spot on in so many ways that are constantly contradicted by the forum white knights here.
I can SEE whats going on in the game and the problems, but come in here and post about it and there are half a dozen regulars who try to tell you your making crap up…but here we have a big name streamer hitting on those exact same points and seeing exactly the same thing Ive seen myself in game.
one great example is the server lag.
mention that FACT in here and you get every excuse in the book explaining why it ISNT actually server lag but you and your crappy IP or computer.
I mean sure those things are true. But game design isn’t about providing a wonderful gaming experience that makes us want to come back again.
It’s about creating games that string us along so we never leave. Having activities with endless grinds that are filled with so much RNG that you’ll never be able to fully complete them. All the while they’re trying to have us pay them more money for every little thing.
No one has any “agenda to portray blizzard in the worst light possible.” Blizzard is doing a bang up job all by themselves in that department.

No flying
RNG on top of RNG
PVP is a joke with no gear vendors like before
Pruning
Too many classes are useless and weak
Azerite grind
Rep grind is boring and useless
New mounts are ridiculously priced.
