10 RBG wins did not unlock every spec Artifact appearance

I already posted this in CS because this is an in-game issue that isn’t going to get addressed by the community, but by customer service.

As I completed the necessary requirements to unlock the 4th artifact tint for Mage Tower appearance:

Acquisition: Join an RBG group and win 10 times on any spec with any artifact weapon related to the class you earned the challenge tint on.

All of my artifact weapons should be unlocked, but right now only one of them is. Nothing on wowhead addresses this problem as per the CS guidelines of going to wowhead first before posting a ticket.

It was more then likely moved as what you would define as a in game issue, may not be something that could be addressed by CS or GM’s for that matter. I think you believe this may be bugged? That would definately be worthy of a bug report. CS, and by extension, GM staff can not make game changes (fix bugs) or give game hints.

I wonder if this guide is up to date considering the changes in Mage Tower of recent, but you might also want to check this out.

I did after I posted originally.

The artifact tint that requires 10 rbg wins was updated to be achieved with any spec. So that’s the impression I had when completing the achievement.

Challenge Appearances – You are no longer required to be using your current specialization’s Challenge Artifact Appearance to gain progress towards unlocking its 3 color variants. You can now gain progress towards unlocking the 3 color variants of your Artifact’s Challenge Appearances set while you are in any spec and using any Artifact appearance, as long as you have unlocked the base challenge appearance for a given spec.
