What “behavior”?? They aren’t done doing what they need to do. If all the characters aren’t playable on both Classic and BC sides, they can’t open up the servers. I’m willing to bet you have NEVER (not once) came on these forums and posted about when maintenance ended a half-hour early (which it frequently does).
