It looks like nets have to be checked some time after ten hours or they despawn?
I can maybe do that on weekends if I set a timer, but that is… not really compatible with weekdays and how my brain works. I have a learning disability and I DO NOT LOG ONTO WOW IN THE MORNINGS ON A WORKDAY because the odds I’ll see an opportunity and try to squeeze out just one little thing… and then another etc… is really high. If someone reading this can do that, that’s great, you have a brain that processes things normally and prioritizes things normally. For me it’s much simpler to not log on on workday mornings.
(Please do not come in here just to tell me how my brain should work/just log on before work/it’s super easy etc.)
The nets need to stick around for 22 hours realistically if they’re going to still be there the next time I can log on for the majority of days, 24 hours would give a bit of margin. Otherwise this is simply a system I can’t interact with most of the time.
Like… if I set a net, let it still be there with ten hours of fish in it, even if it’s a day-ish later. The guy who can check and set nets exactly ten hours will get way more fish than me, and that’s fine. I’m not asking to be even with him. But right now even if the nets last 18 hours there’s no point in setting them because they’ll be gone before I can log on again.
