Daily reminder to fix loot drop chances, buff mythic + ilvl rewards, and add titan forging up to 5 ilevels above heroic raid gear.
Game is not fun in it’s current state.
Edit: also did normal sire and stone Legion. No loot!!! Perhaps if they added a token fragment to each boss you brick, and combine 10 of those and turn it into a vendor or something.

Blizzard has this long, and weird, history of borking their own games when it comes to loot. It goes all the way back to Diablo 2. They constantly would nerf the things that people liked to farm, and did nothing but made the game worse for it. Next up, Diablo 3, where the release was so badly designed, they had to completely retool the game. Once again, the missed the entire point of their game, which is the individual loot chase. Killing a mob, having something drop, and having that thing be exciting.
Now we have Torgahst, which to me, is the single biggest blunder in Blizzard history. If they just would have itemized TG, it would have been the best content they ever released…as it stands, it’s probably the worst.
I’m not sure why Blizzard is always crashing in the same car, but they sure do.
Maybe Blizzard needs to come up with a new way of doing loot. People seem to not mind gathering honor for gear. Maybe it’s time to do the same thing with pve. As you do content a person gathers some kind of currency to use for pve gear. Just a thought.
They slow down gear progression.
I don’t know why, maybe It was too fast or something or they just want to lower the price of carry sell.
It causes a toxic environment for m + because all the leavers now.
High keys are harder than heroic raids, yet the rewards are worse.
Literally no reason to log on except do your lockouts and a high key for the vault.
Atleast in Legion the hope of a titan forge, powering your artifact, or good m+ rewards gave you a reason to grind.
It’s also going to cause alot of unsubs because who the f wants 35 Anima every boss.

They did. Covenant gear is the same ilvl as honor only gear…and you upgrade it by doing WQ
It’s conquest gear that some say is easier to get than PVE gear.

Removing titanforged was a great idea - unless you’re a SUPER casual. These loot changes though, having loot be back loaded to next week’s vault, feels really bad.
I’m noticing a lot less takers for M+ and a lot less excitement over raids. Most guilds aren’t even full clearing heroic anymore because why bother. I used to like those roflstomp raid nights were it was quick, some people got upgrades, and we all joked around.
How much higher item level do you expect to be?

I’ve downed 12 bosses in the raid this week, with 1 upgrade by 3 ilvls and another item that was 16 ilvls below my great vault cape that it forced onto me by only allowing me to choose from capes…
Maybe I’ve just been lucky but I’ve consistently got two items from raid every full clear.
Also please no titanforging. Buff loot levels if you want, but forging can stay gone gone.

The game is honestly in a trash state, when you can only hope for loot out of a vault once a week.
Does not appeal to the hardcore loot driven crowd. Once my sub is up I’m done unless some significant changes happen. I committed to the 6 month deal, so whether I like it or not I’m here til then.
