10, 15 and 40 Party Frames, anyway, to lock them separately?

I’m just getting a little annoyed about needing to correct the 15 and 40 frames after moving down the 10 or 15 party frames.

I hope this makes sense, if it doesn’t I’ll try to re-word it better.

Not with the Blizz unit frames. However, there’s plenty of unit frame addons that have separate profiles for different raid sizes.
