refund isn’t necessary but an additional day of playtime is not much to ask for considering we’ve lost an entire day between today, yesterday, and last week’s maintenance…

these are the kind of downtimes that were always expected at xpac launch for the first month…not 3 - 4 months in…I would usually just avoid trying to play the first week of launch.
