In your opinion, what is the #1 Alliance realm out there? I’ve experienced Stormrage, Dalaran, Tichondrius, and Moonguard when it comes to playing the Alliance. I’m just curious as to what realm you guys (and gals) believe is the #1 Alliance realm out there?

Its not an Opinion. Its a Fact. Stormrage. Its been #1 for many years now. They servers has pretty much always been 99% Alliance. Nowadays its more like 95% since the cross faction stuff started though.
Its the Mirror to Area52 Horde.
With that said if you are looking for Oceanic its Frostmourne

Why would anyone switch to Horde this season? It’s the reverse, everyone’s going Alliance for the OP racials.
No, everyone is going Alliance because they can finally play what they have always wanted to play, but felt forced into playing Horde due to it having the numbers. Now factions don’t matter, so the Alliance is growing again! Lol

If people wanted to play Alliance, they would have played Alliance for the last 15+ years.
We now have a situation where Horde players, in Horde guilds, are camping on Alliance characters for OP Alliance racials, without having to play with Alliance players.
You completely gloss over the sway that numbers hold on people. Wanted to do endgame but also wanted options for guilds, pugs, or whatever? The Horde was your guy.
Racials didn’t change. So why are they NOW going Alliance? What changed? Oh, the faction barrier was breached? Hmmm.

- Blizzard is now making Mythic raid mechanics that are fully negated by Stoneform / Fireblood / Escape Artist.
- Blizzard brought back Atal’dazar for M+ this season but hasn’t fixed the Shadowmeld bug with Rezan.

The mechanics that can be cancelled out by stoneform/whatever else is nothing new. My dwarf paladin tank enjoyed his stoneform in Castle Nathria because of that. But still the numbers didn’t start shifting until cross faction was allowed.
As for Atal and Shadowmeld… So people are leaving the Horde in droves for shadowmeld to stop being chased by ONE boss in ONE dungeon?
I’m still going to think it’s because people can now play what they wanted to all along, but you are entitled to your opinion as well. We’re just going to disagree, which is fine.

Moon Guard, but the. Again, I am part of a one sided beef with the entirety of the Stormrage server because one jerk was toxic to me in a normal leveling dungeon from that server like a year ago.

Stormrage is probably the biggest and mostly aimed at PvE content while probably Tichondrius has a bigger PvP playerbase.
That’s not a bug, ALL invisibility and threat removal works for ALL targeting mechanics; Hunters can* Feign Death, Mages can Invisibility, Paladins can bubble or Blessing of Protection other players for an immunity, Rogues can Vanish - this isn’t just limited to Night Elves Shadowmelding…

Stormrage is the best server, though, I’ll never ever consider MG to be the best. MG is just a cesspool of weirdos.
