With the runes acquisition changes, leveling alts has been exciting again. However, i think its a little silly that the 0.5 sets aren’t available for purchase without completing the entire chain on every character. At the very least, it would be nice to have an account wide unlock if you’ve completed this on a character. These sets are perfect to bridge the gap from dungeons to MC and even BWL and they’re being wasted as is.
I agree 100%. I was thinking make the gear BoA, then whichever char unlocked the sets can just buy and mail.

Mentioned several times they need to make Reals and Embers BoA then let us purchase T0.5 for Embers+T0 piece.
This would mean you could run Dungeons on your main, then send the Reals to an alt to purchase T0. Next run the Eruption event on the alt (or main) and gather up the Embers to make the trek to Grim Guzzler to exchange for T0.5.
Note: You wouldn’t be able to skip the quests and then just purchase (for gold) the T0.5 from the T0.5 quest NPC.
I’m also of the mind that T1 should be purchasable from the Reals vendor for 125 Reals (Bracer/Belt) and 200 Reals (Helm/Shoulder/Pants/Gloves/Boots).
With the Reals being added to place like MC, people are still actively running them (usually H1). So this is really just about getting the alts AQ-ready.
And when Naxx comes out, add T2 for the same costs; no cost reduction on T1.
Note: You can acquire up to 67 Reals from Dungeons per day. So you need to run, a minimum, 3 days of Dungeons to get one of the cheapest T1 pieces. – That’s probably going to be the equivalent time spent raiding for an entire month; BRD takes, alone, about 50 minutes to full-clear.

I fully think D2 should be purchasable through reels. Perhaps even t1 once naxx launches
