I can log in, can’t cast spells or intractact with anything.

Same issues. Fine on the world server, but any instances crash me out and can’t use any abilities etc…

Exact same issue. Here is my tracert, which is curiously much shorter than yours.

I’ve been in the same problem over here. Still doesn’t know what to do… It kinda started today and i did not changed anything about my wow and my ISP connection. Also, my local latency is 0 ms as well.

All in this topic should try a VPN, because you can log into the game with no issues. This means that the issue is in between the ISP, and Blizzard. I’m using Proton VPN, which has a free trial.
