:0 a Goblin is the second in charge of the Aliance Special 7

I just read the story of a Goblin who is part of that organization of the IV 7 of the Aliance, second in charge no less

Goblins for the Aliance when ?

cant believe people keep asking for Blood elfs in the Aliance and not for Goblins

We have less traumatized high elves in the Alliance.

It’s ā€œSI:7ā€. And yeah these anthology stories are Alliance-biased. Even the Goblin is alliance lol.

Yup, Renzik ā€˜The Shiv’, second only to Shaw himself. Expert infiltrator, has quite a number of accomplishments under his belt.

Bear in mind the only goblins that are all for the Horde was the Bilgewater cartel, and only because they had little choice. All the others remained neutral or, in the case of Venture Co., hated by everyone.

It’s surprising the Blood Elves went Horde to be honest. They have had an eternal fight with the Troll Tribes since forever…and two Tribes are a part of the Horde now. And they have allied themselves with Humans during the Second War and have made fantastic relations during that time. Really curious as to the mindset that Blood Elves go Horde for TBC.

I remember the alliance wanted AU mag’har because of Ner’zhul’s Wife. :robot::thought_balloon:

Emphasizing this because it’s important!

Bingo, people keep forgetting this but goblins as a whole trade with everyone. Bilgewater is the only one that went horde and that was literally because their home was blown up.

heh you didn’t know ol’ Reznik was a high level dude? he’s always there when there’s SI7 stuff.

i always give him extra side-eye when i see him. like, he should be sympathetic to horde but… he literally works for someone I wouldn’t trust for nothing (horde bias/ i’m sure Shaw is just uh lovely lol).

I’ll watch the vid later. now I’m wondering if he gets treated differently due to his race. :eyes:

From the quest chain he’s involved in Undermine things just because it involves goblins as a whole: Nothing about the Alliance, certainly nothing about the Horde. He’s interested just because whatever is going down will have lasting consequences for goblins of all stripes.

It’s going to be interesting to see what happens.

Yeah, that’s Renzik. He’s always been there.

Honestly Neutral Goblins would be cool, and make sense to the lore.

Goblins only joined the Horde during Cataclysm, and only the Bilgewater at that.

In one of the short stories that came out before BfA, he notes how easy it is to infiltrate Orgrimar because people see a goblin and assume he’s with the Horde.

Void Elves? How are they less traumatized? They were only relatively recently kicked out of Silvermoon for messing with the void - which can cause them to go mad.

Can? No no, did

Strictly speaking Goblins should be neutral and High Elves should have Horde / Alliance variants.

We have regular High Elves in Alliance, like in Outland. The NON-playable ones.

The alliance doesn’t need Goblins. They have Gnomes.

But now i wonder, is he gonna have some devepoment ?

because i heard a goblin dies in the intro quest of the next zone, and totally sounds like him

dies trying to protect Gazlowe

Absolute butchering of an alliance agency/force. Just laughable

This is just blizzard making up trash to then be ā€œsee guys horde and alliance can and work togetherā€

You know if they wanted to show a character that has alligeance to the alliance being horde race… theres already one and a very popular one… VALEERA. She actually makes sense to work for si7 because she has her loyalty with the Wrynns

But no, you had to shoehorn a literal nobody i to the second in command of the alliance prime spionage agency. Even worse, a goblin, the race shown to have no loyalty to nobody and only answer to money profit. Clown world.
