We don’t care if it’s all jacked up. The class is already in the game. All you have to do is turn it on for void elves. All the animations are ALSO already in game, thanks to blood elf paladins.
Been wanting class skins for awhile. A “Light” skin for shadow priest is my pipedream so I can do holy dps. Void Paladins sound cool, like cooler than Light Paladins.

I like the idea of a Courser thats been starcursed (assuming Void Paladins).
Its a nice callback to the Silver Covenants mount and gives them a unique one to the regular Void Elf.
Plus its easy to armor a horse well.
(side note I’m also a fan of a new Blood Elf Paladin Mount, using the Hawkstriders with a Blood Knight motiff)
Honestly I’d be very happy with a Light Skin for my LFD priests. A holy avenger priest who burns their foes away. Healing? Whats that? I’m a war priest damnit!
I love this energy! Let’s just pick up and run with this one until something bad happens. We can always fix things later. Lore can always be retconned anyway!

Depending on how they do the “skin bit” there is also the possibility they’d let ya’ll have non voided paladin setups. So maybe have the “skin” change when its applied to be Voidy and be otherwise normal… perhaps actually designed after the SC mounts.
I’m personally less interested in the regular light paladins for void elves but I can see them doing that and helping both communities at once.

If void elf priests and void elf DKs and void elf warlocks and void elf mages can exist, I don’t see why void elf paladins can’t.

I agree, folks love class restrictions but I personally hate them with a burning passion. It has no purpose than making races one dimensional and forcing a narrative on the PC. Free the classes D:<!

This thread is the embodiment of why I haven’t and don’t want to unlock void elves.
They’re void elves… Putting them in plate doesn’t make them holy.
Playing dress up doesn’t make them high elves
BE and tauren and any race but draenei (that’s even a stretch) dwarves and humans should be paladins in the lore
Everyone wants to shoehorn every race into every class, and sorry but reality shouldn’t work that way. I don’t care if you have pink hair, a blue butt, sparkle tattoos or flames shooting out your ears … just play a void elf as a void elf… Not every .0001% possible race combo needs justification.
