Still cannot go to Khaz Alkgar or get this quest to pop up on the screen. No quest options available.
Same issue with all versions of this quest across 4 different characters.

I bought the Epic WW and have had this problem for 3 days - bug reported multiple times - all my characters get stuck here. No help from Blizzard

Same here. Khadgar only plays review videos when I talked to him. Maybe the TWW is not online yet? I am confused.

same bug - now it is 22:27 est. Khadgar still keeps showing me the video and no quest options. A HUGE BUG!
I logged in this morning on some off chance of getting in the game.
For whatever reason, things went exactly as they are supposed too. I went ahead with the story line. No issues.
I have to wonder, if this isn’t a set up by the game system to keep the number of players at a certain number in the new expac for the starting control zones?
Like they are making us wait in “hidden cues” for us to log into the new game expac.
Still bugged after the maintainance Tuesday. We need to submit in-game report (support ticket) to draw attention to the issue.
