“Moving On” campaign quest turn-in not visible

Finally got to the end of the main story campaign and flew to the top of The Seat of the Aspects to find Alexstrasza. She’s not visible at all. I’ve tried reloading, relogging, alt+f4ing, disabling addons.
Can’t continue the game to do world quests.

did you ever figure it out? I’ve been stuck on this all day and can’t get to my world quests. this is bullshhhh

Did this new update bug her???

I think I figured it out… if you have the quest “to tyrhold” finish that first or abandon it… she flies there when you accept quest. good luck!

haveing issue to but I do not have the quest mentioned to interfere…
