I can play 1 copy of WoW at hundreds of fps on both accounts I play on.
Until a couple days ago, I could easily run both accounts at once, 1 monitor or 2, and watch YouTube videos all simultaneously.
As of 3-4 days ago, when I launch a second copy of WoW to play both accounts at once, I drop below 1fps on both windows, my YouTube window starts stuttering, and I get an error message “known gpu issue causing slow load times while we draw shaders for the first time. This process can take several minutes”, every time I load the game a second time. Every time. After restarting bnet, after restarting my computer, every time.
Everything I can find says this is a radeon issue (I use nvidia) or it’s a 3rd party gpu program like afterburner issue (I don’t have/use any gpu tweaking programs).
When this happens, my gpu memory usage shoot’s up to 90% but my usage stays very low.
If I let the game “take several minutes” (30 or so) sometimes my fps will jump back up to 20-30, and be super stuttery, but it never “catches up” and runs like it should.
I have an RTX 3070ti, i9 9900k cpu, and 32gb Ram at high speed. No bios or other settings were changed ever, let alone the past couple days. I updated my drivers, rolled back to 2 previous versions, and clean installed the new ones again. I changed all the settings to low as possible, disabled addons, lowered resolution, 1fps when I run 2 WoW at the same time.
Somebody please help, this is making me crazy.

I’ve messaged nvidia twice who keeps telling me “we’ll get back to you within 24hrs” and not responding. I’ve opened a ticket in game with no responses. Somebody, please, something lol
