“Can’t do that while stunned” for no reason. Character can’t move and use any spell . this happens after moving out from a solo area shuffle . Restarting the game doesn’t resolve the problem
You are posting on General Discussion. I think you are going to need to put in a ticket if the self help “stuck” feature does not work for you.
Move your thread to the Customer Support forum. They can at least advise you of the best course of action. It serves as an Information Desk.
To move your own thread to the CS forum, click the edit button (pencil) and from the drop down menu select Customer Support instead of General Discussion.

is this after you exit the instance back onto azeroth? i know getting swapblasted into water until you drown usually fixes it and entering a skirmish might also fix it, but if it’s while inside the solo shuffle that’s freaky and not fun :s
it happens after I exit the instance and back to Oribos . Since then I can’t move and I tried using the relocate service on character problem . Doesn’t resolve the issue

I got relocated to Sentinel Hill , but still unable to move . Trying to find someone to kill me or pvp against me
I’d offee but my classic server has a 8000 people queue right now 
at least theres a lake near sentinel hill if someone can swapblaster you into it

Try this, join a skirmish arena game, that should clear any buff and debuff you might have, also, if you are able, try to get the toon in question killed.
Fly straight up and dismount. Death of your character is the only answer.
I rejoin a solo shuffle game and immediately get the issue resolved. After I finish the game , I am back to normal . Thanks all
