Did you submit a ticket for a GM to get involved?

The best advice is to open a ticket and have a GM move ur characters this isnt a way to bypass the ticket system.

Folks, just a friendly reminder that (a) the Blues that post on this forum are not GMs, (b) this forum is not staffed 24/7 and that (c) if you’re posting here, you also need to be submitting a ticket if the Character Stuck service does not work for you.

So you’ve a ticket open then? This begins with US…Numbers… Wait for an answer it will be soon within a day usually.

Be patient, my issue was solved, it took a while but they will answer you eventually and help you

Same issues here on my pally Axphixiqt on Tich, and they dont make it easy to just "submit " a ticket to talk to a GM in game anymore.

I did submit a ticket through the link here yes. I was just saying in general, before I found this post on the forums - I was frustrated I couldnt just submit for a GM in game. Hopefully this doesnt take hours to fix.

Dhrogo - Bloodhoof stuck in CoS for 24h + move char doesnt work, ticket just cycles me back to changing the folders and removing add ons.

Pls help!

Did you submit the ticket using the link above or by trying to find a path otherwise? If you don’t send it through properly with the right path (as is given by the link above), you’ll be waiting longer than you should or with less than stellar results.
