Hi, I bought four “Traveler’s Anima Cache” from the vendor and mailed them to another character, however, the other character has not gotten the mail.
The character that it came from no longer has the anima, or the items itself so they are gone.
I tried the mail restore feature thing, but it gives me no option to do anything. 
These items are BoA so there is no way they got accidentally mailed to another person.
