I purchased two Daily Offers approximately 3:30pm US EST 12/6/2024 (both were 90 gold tome purchases), and did not receive the affiliated +500 Winter Veil - Malfurion tickets from the purchases (I should have received 1,000 tickets total). I did however get the 2 credits for “Claim Daily Offers” for the event challenge.

I bought 3 item from daily offer no 500 ticket.

I got my ticket after I claimed a quest. I claimed a daily quest. And the ticket count got updated by more than the quest count by exactly the ticket from daily offer that was missing. So I am good.
The same here. I purchased 2 60gold tomes from the Daily Offers about 15 minutes ago, and did not receive the 500 tickets each from the two purchases.

Hello I have the same problem, I don’t receive the tickets for items bought from the store and i bought a dozen, plus I cant collect “Daily Azeroth blessing”. Has anyone received rewards retroactively?
Came here to report same issue. Bought at least 3 daily offers and no +500 winter veil tickets.
Same issue here - been buying the Daily Offers and although I get the credit for the ‘Claim Daily offer’ challenge, the 500 Winter Veil tickets are not forthcoming.
I’ve been watching my totals more carefully now and Daily Offers aren’t giving the 500 tickets, BUT when I complete any of the Event or Daily Winter Veil Challenges they are awarding more tickets than expected. For example - I just claimed a Daily challenge that should have awarded 250 tickets but it actually awarded 1250 tickets. Is this catching up on those tickets not awarded after the Daily Offers? Whatever - the whole thing is bugged! Bottom line is it seems to be catching up to some degree, but I don’t know if it has caught everything up
Blizzard owes me about 6000 tickets, at least. And they owe every guild member to every guild extra rewards from the last dark moon fair. It wasn’t sharing the earned tickets properly. Blizzard hads screwed the last 8 events it has released.
Do you remember when they screwed up the code and a lot of players were able to earn extra gold… They went and swiftly punished everyone with perfect precision of how much gold each person earned… But when it comes to compensating us for their countless screw ups… They are no where to be seen.
If you are giving money to blizzard, you are part of the problem. Stop giving then money until they start respecting their gamers.
Winter Vail is rotating in a few hours and i still didn’t get my tickets. I can’t buy out the rest of the tree. My purchase is going to go to waste…
Years ago a GM would be able to look into issues like this and credit the players what they are owed… Now they tell us to go make a report on the forums, where not a single employee will respond and nothing gets done about the issue…
Maybe a patch will come out in 8 months to fix something, but every player that spent money on the game will just have to bend over and take it with no compensation.
My suggestion is for everyone to stop spending money on blizzard until they start taking care of their gamers.
