My response from blizzard after telling them google wont refund me:

I can understand that you’re contacting us regarding the refund request for your Azeroth Blessing purchase , let us take more steps with that.
Upon checking, I can see this is a Google purchase so we as Blizzard CS can’t proceed with a refund for a third party platform this is a thing we have no control or authorization for.
It’s never easy when things don’t unfold as expected, and it’s certainly not our intention to deliver a disappointing response. If there were any workaround or exception to be made, we would have eagerly pursued that avenue before responding. Saying no is something we approach with great care, understanding the impact it may have on our players. As fellow gamers, we strive to avoid this whenever possible.
