The game without events becomes cold, without relationships. We all like to interact with each other, and friendly pvp would give us many hours of fun talking to a guild mate.
You can do something simple, with the same modifiers as pvp, and over time add options to customize the games.
Many people stop playing because of this lack of interaction.
