Re: Warcraft Rumble Shop In-Game Offers NOT Working! Please Fix This Blizzard!

Hello Blizzard Bug Dev Support and Management!
Can you please fix your shop and offers within the game! I cannot purchase any of your “special in-game offers” during game play, yet on your website the Rumble Kickstart Pack is clearly available. Why is this happening!?
Heck, I love Blizzard Games, but at the same time (unfortunately sometimes) it is things like this that just seriously disappoints, big time!
I would be happy to buy the Kickstart pack if I can buy some of your special in game offers, but since they all have expire times you may not fix the in game shop in time for us to buy the offers you made to all players in Warcraft Rumble, and that is seriously messed up and wrong! You need to fix this asap, and if the offers expire after you fix this ridiculous issue I never seen happen in any Blizzard game, then make sure to re-offer the packs that expired cause otherwise this would be clearly false and misleading advertising, and not acceptable.
Every time I try to make a purchase in-game for any of the offers, which I have screenshots for and will share all of them later, including the “Feature Offer in game for Malfurion character” the game seems like it is going to process the order and then it crashes and closes automatically. I have been able to make only one (1) purchase a few days ago and that is all. I never had any problems with making purchases within a Blizzard game except this one. I understand this is a Beta PC version, but if you’re going to make offers and not honor them or fix this issue, then don’t offer it to players at all!
Do NOT offer what you cannot provide or sell, and if there is a problem, then fix it so players can enjoy your games. I sincerely dislike wasting my time making you aware of these problems within your own games. This past year your company has failed players with several games and continues to do so. You need to do better, and I believe you can do better.
You’re not a small time gaming company, Blizzard / Microsoft - get it the hell together already! This is ridiculous! With that said, I would prefer to be enjoying your games and not wasting time frustrated by these problems and issues in your games and writing to you about it. Please take action and fix and address these problems I have described relating to your in-game offers and shop not working. Thank you for your attention. - JJ -
Suggestion:
Make your Special In-Game Offers available on your website shop just like the Warcraft Rumble Kickstart Pack, if you can’t fix the in-game shop or need extra time fixing it. This would be a possible, good solution to this problem. Now you have another option on how to actually address and fix the in-game offers made to all players.
