I tried to claim 40g from a quest. Then my game crashed and when relogging the message to claim reappears.
As soon as I try to close it I recieve an error message which I am not able to close. The only thing left to do is to close the game but on restart the message appears again and i am stuck in a loop.
Please help me

Howdy!
This sounds a lot like the behavior from our dungeon rewards known bug post found Here. You could try changing your hero back to the one you were using when you earned the reward to see if that helps.

Well i cant do anything. I get the pop up and if i press claim, i get the error screen and nothing is clickable anymore…
Baisically my game is stuck and i am not able to play anymore because of this message…

I am also experiencing the issue shown in this video.
After a map tile failed to reward, the game behaves as shown. There is a popup Unclaimed Items. After that, an noninteractive “Failed to create Popup For ClaimPendingReward” message.
The game is entirely unplayable on this account.
Actually, I was able to get past this issue.
Pressing the hardware Back button on my phone closed the popup.
I’m on Android. Not sure if there’s anyway to do it on iPhone.
I got the exact same error for the iPhone 13 Pro.
I find out how to solve this problem(if you are iphone)
Please install bluestack and install rumble and log in
And click reward ( that make error popup)
It’s done!!!
I think it’s problem only with Ios!
