After having completed multiple heroic campaign maps, with single or multi type heroes, the reward tomes do not claim. The only way to get them to claim is to close the client, log back in, and then the “Unclaimed Items” modal UI element pops up. Clicking ‘Claim’ will allow you to claim 1 tome but if you have multiple the dialog closes after selecting your 3 minis can not additional tome claims trigger.
Steps to reproduce:
1> Play multiple Heroic Campaign missions, if rewards for tomes do not claim, continue until you have at least 4-6+ tomes that can be claimed.
2> Quit Game
3> Reload game
4> Observe Unclaimed Items dialog and click claim. (Note if gold is first to collect it does move into the first tome after.)
5> Choose any mini reward
6> After 3rd mini observe that the next tome does not trigger.
7> Repeat steps 2-6 until all tomes are claimed.

Same for me.
I’ve been sitting here, opening and closing the game for about 2 hours now, just to claim 1 tome at a time.
Quite annoying, but I need the tomes to level my minis.

Same for me… i have to log in 100 times, on pc aswell as on the phone the same problem occurs…

Same problem here plus i cannot buy daily offers since i started the game and not able to recycle the grid. The buttons are just gray and i cannot press them.
Me here having the same problem.
Same here, Blizzard should add a mailbox or similar that we can pick up things we’ve collected in the game to avoid this issue.

This is happening to myself and others I know, as well. Very VERY annoying. And of course it started happening after I dropped a bit of money on the game for the first time.
This has been happening for weeks. Blizz, “nah.”

I’ve had the same issue since the launch on pc
I’m done playing until this is fixed. I spent (probably no exaggeration) 3x as much time closing and re-opening the game (to get tomes) than I do playing.
