Unclaimable rewards - breaking whole game

I finished Heroic Winterspring and I am not able to claim the blue core and the gold. After restarting the game I am receiving the message of unclaimed rewards but there is just en error message after clicking the claim button.

Also the shop is not working anymore. I think due to the unclaimed rewards you may prevent future shop buys so they are not piling up in the unclaimed rewards queue. But it also prevents me from buying special offers granted for finishing e.g. chapter like winterspring.

(Edit) On top of this I can not do anything in the game anymore which is using resources. I couldn’t switch army talent, because they using arc energy, I couldn’t upgrade units becase they are using arc energy and cores, i couldnt use the grid because they are using gold. even if my balance is positve. due to this unclaimed rewards everything is blocked in the game.

sorry, if someone at your development team is wondering why this game is underperforming, you should point them to the bug section of your own forum or some discords. never seen so much incompetence. on bug fixed, two more bugs coming.

Seriously I don’t know how you are able to f*ck up a game, reward and shop system like this. You are earning money with an in game shop which doesn’t work properly. Some people don’t even receive rewards after buying in the shop. I don’t want to say it the rude way, but not delivering what people payed for in the shop, it’s just a kind of fraud and I am just waiting for someone pointing this out and also pointing apple or google on this issue or even a lawyer. Just saying.

Same here in android. Rewards just error on login. Can’t claim rewards from completing battles

Same here with gold from storm event

Exactly same problem, completed the daily challenges, Arclight Surges and also Dungeon runs - No Gold Reward received.

I’m playing this game when I find some time between family and work. And obviously when I have a few hours to do some dungeons everything completely breaks.

Same here. I was doing the Arch light event. I completed all 5 steps. The game shows +60 gold reward for each fight but it doesn’t deliver. The overall amount of coins I have does not change. Moreover, after fighting for the coin reward, it should let me play each step for the tomes but it doesn’t. Also, the shop doesn’t work and won’t let me buy anything.
There seems not to be any update available. What can I do?

Same here. Completed an Arclight Surge and did not get the gold reward. The animation starts but no gold is added to the account. iPad Air 3.

I am having the same issue. Not receiving heroic tome rewards. playing on iPhone
