Unable to Claim Gold Kobold

Following the Warcraft 30th anniversary event I logged into Rumble but the game seemed to be stuck at the pop up screen to claim the Gold Kobold. The button to claim it was there but was unclickable. I waited a few minutes in case it was frozen or needed to load, but when it didn’t, and unable to do anything else in the app.

Couldn’t, confirm, cancel, change screens or menu, the Gold Kobold screen was present with no way to proceed or cancel. I was forced to just close the game. Not sure if it was frozen or the only way to progress past the screen by claiming it was just unavailable for some reason.

Upon reopening Rumble the Gold Kobold claim screen no longer appeared for me to claim it, and it was not available in the list of Kobold skins which I can only assume mean it was not claimed, with no ability to further do so.

I’d hate to miss out on this due to a bug and are hoping another opportunity to claim it will be added, or a way to retrospectively have it added to my account.

tried to reinstal the game, but it’s not fixed.

Same issue on my Samsung s23 ultra. Tried reinstalling the game and still not able to get the claim the golden kobold popup to appear again.

Same problem here. Pretty bad QA to miss something obvious like this.

I can’t buy the new troop, I could not collect gold, so I have no money to spend.
I can’t cancel it, so now I can’t play.

I tried reinstall, No luck

Im on a iPhone 16 max pro, fully updated.
