If you have stopped progressing with whatever leader you tried to level up and went on doing quests/pvp/etc, obviously your currently chosen leader will be active and dungeon recognizes that as such hence the error… Make sure you swap back to the leader you were doing the dungeon and you most likely will be good to continue.
I have the same bug. Tried switching the hero back, but didn’t help, maybe it’s messed up cause I switched minis? Don’t know my original build for the dungeon though.

You wouldn’t need the original minis because the dungeons lock the loadout you had the moment your “enter dungeon”. Tried this one myself before (before patch) and you are either forced to struggle through the dungeon, or end it and fine-tune it before attempting the next one. So your dungeon loadout is the same you had, no matter if you have made changes.
After completing the dungeon and receiving rewards, it shows that the dungeon has been completed at stage 1, and you need to receive rewards, you will not receive rewards, and the dungeon is not completed. Can’t start a new dungeon
I have the same issue I cannot claim final dungeon reward. In addition the reward block extends to campaign missions so when I complete a mission the gold animation shows it moving towards bank but balance remains 25 even though completed three campaign missions. The dungeon but is bad enough but not able to earn gold cripples account. Do I even want to continue Campaign Missions if I will lose the gold?
I have tried swapping characters and entering missions, entering quests, log out log in, uninstall game reinstall, uninstall Battle.net reinstall, play game on iPad and phone all with same results.
I submitted a trouble ticket and was told to submit to a forum. I too do not understand how this helps my problem. How does conducting a research project assist me. If they will not bother to respond to trouble ticket what make you think anyone is even working on this problem if you get sent to a forumn. Also now that I have this problem I have found it is well known and many people have it yet still no fix in months.
This! is your problem at the moment! Just had a convo about this in the afternoon yesterday, on discord, someone reported the exact same thing, claming the gold multiple times but remained the same on the counter…
Currently I advise AGAINST! playing on multiple devices (iOS and Android or even just 2 separate devices)… Pick one of the two and stay on that until the Syncro bug gets fixed… At the moment there’s seems to be a pretty big delay in claiming rewards and spending gold if you play on multiple devices hence the error/bug. If you do this you could pretty much go into negative gold as well, and believe me… You don’t want to farm back gold for more than 4 weeks (or worse… even more) just to get back to zero gold…
Play only on one device. Even if the game just left Soft Launch and went Global, it’s still pretty much an Infant as of yet… There are too many unkowns, undiscovered bug, and overall uncertainties that everyone needs to be careful with what they’re doing. Try to play safe, and even if you encounter something, first look up the forums for something similar so you don’t open a duplicate post yourself, and also open a ticket. That’s the best you can do.
A bunch of Closed beta and soft launch players on discord already reported countless of issues and we are still doing so today.
Also another advice: If you can afford, join the discord community, check the possible solutions there, as well as here on the forums. Not saying there’s a fix for this one yet, but it’s known. And you might also find answers to others issues you might encounter along your journey in Rumble.
