Twitch Drops not collectable, as a link to the Battlenet is required, although it already exists

Ticket Support referred me to this forum. I should report my bug here. However, the bug has already been in the Technical Support Forum for 30 days, which is why I’m simply linking the post here: Cannot claim Twitch rewards always not conencted

The problem:
Twitch and BattleNet account are linked. Twitch shows the link, BattleNet shows the link. WoW, Heathstone and Overwatch 2 show the link in the drop campaigns and when you click on “collect” you get the drops in the game. But: The link is not recognized in Rumble. The drop campaign prompts you to link the accounts and when you click on “Link” you are redirected to BattleNet. However, as the link already exists, it is not possible for users to fix the error and linking again does not solve the problem. It is therefore unclear whether you will receive the drops in the game when you click on “collect” (display error) or whether they will be lost (error in the backend of the Rumble Drops campaign).

PS: It is possible that the button texts of “collect” and “link” are different in English than I have named them here. This is a translation from my native language. I hope it is still clear what is meant.

I’m also experiencing this. I’ve been told you still get them but I’m not sure I recall that ever happening for me.

It’s hard to say with the tomes bug at the moment obfuscating what we are getting at any time.
