Played for a while at launch. Re-installed today, and the tutorial is broken in some way. Wanted me to play a mission I had already done. Clicking on that caused it to go to “claim your first reward”, but there is no reward to claim. Game won’t let me click on anything else anywhere, so I’m just hard blocked from playing the game and in a broken state.

My game is doing the same. It loads the game in and brings me to the new daily tracker system. It says I need to complete a quest and then a hand going up and down is pointing to something for me to click. Nothing is clickable. I can change menus on the bottom (the hand still appears bouncing) but nothing is clickable in any part of the game. It is hard locked.

Same issue, got a new phone and now hard locked on the floating finger pointing at nothing and nothing is clickable. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, force closing, and restarting my device

Ive also been having the same issue with this.
Same thing is happening to me. I wish I could say i’m surprised, but I’m not. The quality of Blizzard games hascrashed in a firey, burning wreck since being bought out. Games are buggy, laggy, or downright not working anymore. Response time to errors in game is either nonexistent or incredibly long. Blizzard used to care about their fanbase, but since the selling, it’s a cash grab. There is no care or love for the community anymore.
Same here, tried updating today, stuck on floaty finger of doom. Tried deleting cache and reinstalling, same problems. Hard locked and cant play anymore…

Same issue here, since I updated to season 9.
Stuck with the hand pointing down to nothing. Game unplayable. Hope there is a good compensation for this

It’s finally fixed, after a small download of 12,2MB. And it was a good compensation: 1600 gold, 6 hero stars, a couple unit stars and a couple mythic tomes. Bumped my account by almost 2 levels. Thanks. Shyte happens…
