Tome lost including purchase ones

Hi I can see many players posting already. It has been weeks that I can’t receive any tome. This includes daily request, guild reward and in game purchase. I have regular purchase every week 20 Australian dollar, 10 dollars, etc. Since there are so many missing, i can’t remembers the total number. This is no game experience then if there is no minion upgrade. Contacted GM for several times with nothing changed. I will wait for another week. If the bug can’t be fixed I really wish to refund everything I spent since game start (600-800 Australian dollars). Anyone has the experience of refund? thx.
