I know this has been stated but starting a new thread because I was told it was fixed, logged in this morning and now instead of going from 30 to 90 gold to continue I now have 0 gold. I still cannot collect the earnings after defeating Hogger and I am stuck like everyone else at the purchase the Tauren screen
Having the same issue. There has been a lot of threads about this with no solution.
there are so many threads about how this is a current issue. Blizzard just does not care. I have reopened my ticket almost 7 times because their only response is AI generated garbage followed by theres a fix you should be fine. There is no fix and they do not care I have been trying to play this stupid game for over a week
Same I even tried doing the support chat to talk to someone and nothing… I installed it on my iPad hoping that would work and I started the tutorial and it did the same thing. Bugged at hogger
They have now force closed my ticket again and told me not to reopen it anymore or it will be a violation of support terms. This is a joke, they dont want anyone to play this game and are not going to be fixing anything
Honestly it most likely will not be fixed for people who are already bugged. They made a fix that worked when I tried on a new device but as soon as I logged in it reverted me to my battle.net save where it was messed up.
